Traditional brewing methods are followed and quality is paramount at the Hopdaemon Brewery. The purest ingredients are used at all times, and careful attention is paid to consistency throughout the brewing process.

Bottled Beers

All Hopdaemon bottled Beers are bottle-conditioned and presently include a pilsner-style lager, Green Daemon Helles 5% , a pale ale, Skrimshander I.P.A. 4.5% and a fine ruby ale, Leviathan 6% . Prestige customers include The British Museum, Southwark Cathedral, The National Gallery, the Barbican and the Science Museum , where the Hopdaemon Brewery has exclusive contracts to supply own-label beers.
